摘要
本文从控制工程造价的几个重点方面谈起 ,将其分为投资估算阶段的造价控制、设计阶段的造价控制和工程实施阶段的造价控制 ,展开分述 ,并说明它们之间的内在联系。
This article expounds several important points of controlling project costs from dividing it into 3 parts as cost control in investment estimating phase, design phase and project implement phase. After this, the paper explains the internal relations of the three parts and proves that the cost control should run through the whole process of project.
