肾乐冲剂对阿霉素肾病大鼠血清TNF、IL-8水平的干预作用

Experimental Research on Shenle Powder hi Improving TNF , IL-8 of ADR Nephrosis Rats

目的:观察肾乐冲剂对阿霉素肾病大鼠的疗效及其对血清TNF、IL-8水平的干预作用。方法:采用Bertani的方法复制阿霉素(ADR)肾病大鼠模型。灌服不同剂量肾乐冲剂和/或强的松混悬液,测定大鼠24h尿蛋白定量,测定血清ALB、CHOL、TG、TNF、IL-8的含量,并进行电镜下肾脏超微结构学检查。结果:肾乐冲剂可减少阿霉素肾病大鼠尿蛋白的排泄量,提高血清白蛋白水平,降低血清脂质水平和血清TNF、IL-8的水平,修复肾小球上皮细胞足突的结构。结论:肾乐冲剂对阿霉素肾病大鼠有明显疗效,并能改善其免疫功能,为临床治疗小儿原发性肾病综合征提供了理论依据。

Objective : To explore the effect and mechanism of Shenle powder in treating pediatric PNS. Methods: Induce MCN model with ADR by venoclysis through caudal vein, feed them with Shenle powder and/or predisone suspension, then observe the amount of protein in urine, ultrastructure change in kidneys, determine the ALB, CHOL, TG, TNF, IL-8 in serum. Results : Shenle powder can decrease the amount of protein in urine, promote the level of ALB and lower the CHOL, TG, TNF, IL-8 in serum, repair injuryed podocytic process of glomerulus epithelical cell. Conclusions : Shenle powder has obvious protective effect to ADR nephrosis rats, strengthen immunologic function. It provides the oretic proofs in treating and preventing pediatric PNS.
