摘要
磁记忆检测是基于铁磁构件的磁效应 ,可有效发现构件的应力集中区域 ,是一种对金属材料进行早期诊断的新的无损检测方法。将两种钢板试件模拟压力容器受压元件加载试验 ,得到了其中应力集中变化的定性规律。并对超高压水晶釜和铁路槽车等压力容器进行了实测 ,取得了一些有益的经验。可以预期 ,该方法作为压力容器的预诊手段 。
Magnetic memory testing(MMT) based on magnetic memory effect of ferromagnetic items is a new nondestructive testing technique, which is able to diagnose ferromagnetic items in early stage. It can be used to detect the stress concentration zones in items. Regulation of stress concentration has been obtained from the steel samples loaded simulating pressure vessel items. Experience has been achieved in the inspection of superhigh pressure crystal reactor and railway tank cars. It can be expected that magnetic memory testing technology has good prospects in the pre examination of pressure vessels.
