120例药物滥用者心理行为与相关因素的研究

Related Factors of Psychological Behavior Observed in 120 Cases of Addicts

目的:了解药物滥用者的心理行为特征,指导临床心理治疗。方法:采用明尼苏达多相人格测查表(MMPI)和心理社会调查表,对120例药物滥用者进行测试,并与中国常模对照。结果:药物滥用者的精神病态、抑郁、精神衰弱、偏执量表分显著升高。结论:药物滥用者有个性心理缺陷和行为模式的改变。

Objective: To investigate the psychological behaviors charactered of the drug addicts in order to improve their psychotherapy. Methods: The Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) and TheChinese Psychosolial Inventory were used in this study comparing with norm of Chinese. Results: The psychopathy, depression, psychasthenia, paranoid scores are higher in the group of drug addicts than in controls. Conclusion: There are changes in psychological deficiency and behavior model of drug addicts.
