涡流穿过式传感器实际渗透深度的数学模型 被引量:7

摘要 采用直接测量固态导体内部磁场分布的方法 ,研究影响穿过式传感器实际渗透深度的各种因素。结果表明 ,实际渗透深度除与导体的电导率、磁导率及测试频率有关外 ,还与线圈的结构及激励磁场有关。最后利用遗传算法建立了涡流实际渗透深度的数学模型 。 The factors affecting the true penetrating depth (TPD) of eddy current probe were studied by directly measuring the distribution of the magnetic field inside a solid conductor. Results indicated that TPD was relevant to the shape of coil and stimulating magnetic field in addition to the electrical conductivity and magnetic permeability of a conductor as well as the testing frequency. The model established by genetic algorithm was expected to provide a reliable criterion for the TPD of eddy current inside a solid conductor.
