摘要 目的探讨基于微信平台混合式教学模式在高职护理"内科护理学"教学中的应用效果。方法将115名护生按班级分为观察组57名,对照组58名。观察组进行基于微信平台的混合式教学模式;对照组进行常规教学。比较2组护生对教学满意度、课程成绩、自主学习能力。结果观察组护生对教学满意度、课程成绩与自主学习能力总分、自我管理能力、学习合作能力均高于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组护生对混合式教学模式的评价高。结论基于微信平台的混合式教学模式能提高护生自学能力,有效提高教学效果。 Objective To explore the effects of blending teaching based on We-chat platform in the teaching of Medical Nursing for high vocational nursing students. Methods Totally 115 nursing students were divided into observation group(n=57) and control group(n=58). Blending teaching based on We-chat platform was performed in the observation group, while routine teaching in the control group. Student satisfaction with the teaching, examination performance and autonomous learning ability of students in the two groups were compared. Results Nursing students in the observation group were more satisfied with the teaching and they performed better in the examination. The total scores of self-learning ability, self-management ability and learning cooperation ability of students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Blending teaching based on We-chat platform is effective for improving autonomous learning ability of nursing students and the teaching effect.
