分工协调方式和组织结构创新——再论新经济对经济学理论的挑战

Division of Labor Coordination and Organizational Structure Innovation:further discussion on the challenge of new economy to economic theory

经济学家应关注数字互联网技术和信息化生产力带来的巨大变化,并借此来发展和创新经济学理论。文章集中讨论了经济学方法论从同质性分析向异质性考察转变,论证了经济分析角度从拥有权中心论变成使用权中心论的趋势,进而考察了新经济的分工方式和协调方式及其赋予制度环境和组织"铁三角"——权利(决策/财产)、合约(完全/不完全)、交易(经济和政治)——的新内容。

This paper makes economists who oblige to develop and innovate the economic theory,pay much more attention to the great change of digital internet technology and information productivity. The research discusses the transformation of economic methodology from homogeneityto heterogeneity and demonstrate the tendency of the right of use rather than ownership. Furthermore,it finds out that some differences of New Economy from the perspective of division of labor,coordinated way,institutional environment and the Iron Triangle of organizations—rights( decision/property),contracts( complete/incomplete) and transactions( economic/political).
