美国是朝鲜战争的罪魁祸首,但作为名义中立国的苏联与这场战争的源起,也有着重大干系。战争期间,苏联在道义上和物质上援助中国军队抗美援朝的同时,军事上则采取了消极的不卷入政策。苏联当局这一政策是自私的,也是极其现实的,具有不可忽视的消极作用,造成了严重的后果。朝鲜战争是国际关系演变中的一场灾难,苏联则是这场灾难的最大受惠国。

America is the chief criminal of Korea War,but as a nominally neutral state of this war, the Soviet Union had important relationship with it.During the war,on material and morality,the Soviet Union supported the army of China to the war to resist U.S aggression and aid Korea. While on military affairs they adopted the negative policy of 'noninvolvement'.What the Soviet Union took this policy was very selfish and extremely realism. So it had huge negative influence and caused serious result.Korea war was the disaster in the evolving of international relationship,but the Soviet Union was the biggest favoured nation in the war.
