摘要
本文对横向极板电收尘器极线、极板的形状及其配置进行了试验。首先,通过一组六因素五水平的正交试验得出每一因子对收尘效率的影响,并且初步得出每一因子在其不同的作用水平下收尘效率变化的规律性;其次,再进行单因素试验,以验证收尘效率随每个因素单独变化时的规律性,最后依据上面的试验结果,得出收尘效率最高时极线,极板的最佳配置参数。
The experimental investigation on the disposal of pole wiring and collection plates in the electrostatic precipitators with transverse collection plates is carried out in the following steps: first, by doing a series of orthogonal experiments with six factors and five levels the effect on collection efficiency caused by each factor and the variations in its effect at different experimental Levels are found. Second, single-factor experiments are done in order to find out how collection efficiency is affected with the change of each individual factor. Finally, with all the experimental results obtained and verified the optimum parameters for the disposal of pole wiring and collection plates are worked out.
