新时期校园治安综合治理机制改革研究——以广东高校为例

On the Reform of Comprehensive Management Mechanism of the Campus Security in the New Period——Exemplified by Guangdong Universities and Colleges

新时期高校治安存在许多新的问题,来自校园内外、网络和现实的治安问题挑战现有高校治安综合治理机制,当前应在创新校园管理理念、加强大学生法治安全教育和建立高校网络治安综合治理机制等方面,及时应对新时期高校治安问题和变化,确保高校平安稳定。

There are many new problems of the campus security in universities and colleges in the new period. These problems from in and outside of the campus,the network and reality challenge the existing comprehensive management mechanism of the campus security in universities and colleges. The paper discusses the solutions to the problems and changes from three aspects,innovation of the campus management concept,reinforcement of college students' rule of safety education and establishment of comprehensive management mechanism of network security, in order to ensure the peace and stability.
