本科生奖学金制度是本科生培养机制的重要组成部分,对其反思和改革只有明确了大学本科生的培养目标这个核心问题才可能是有意义的。大学应该将本科生培养成专业素质扎实、有思想、有追求、具有批评力和创造力的人才,因此本科生的奖学金制度也应该确立以学业占主要权重的指标体系。

The institution of undergraduates' scholarships is an important part of the cultivation mechanism of undergraduates. The reform of institution will be meaningful only if we clearly understand the aims of cultivation of undergraduates. A university should cultivate their students to be talents with steady professional quality,good minded and great ambitions,abilities of criticism and innovation. Therefore,an index system of the institution of scholarships which learning is the main score weighting other than extra-curricular activities should be established.
