初探高职教育现代学徒制对企业研发的促进作用

On the Promotion Role of the Modern Apprenticeship on the R & D of the Enterprises in Higher Vocational Education

国内制造企业发展需要研发技术的进步。在高职院校现代学徒制下,学生专业理论与实践学习并重,可以避免工厂员工工作量考核的负面影响,在多岗位的实践可以促使生产工艺流程优化等。因此,可以利用现代学徒制办学模式参与企业技术研发,同时政府需要适当地介入和扶持以促进现代学徒制的发展。

The development of manufacturing enterprises needs the advancement of R & D technologies. The major theories and practice learning are paid equal attention to avoid negative influence of assessment workload on the staff and optimize the technological process of production in the practice of more jobs under the modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges. Therefore,the school-running mode of modern apprenticeship can be applied to R & D of enterprises,the government participates and supports at the same time so as to promote the development of the modern apprenticeship.
