高职院校校内实训基地建设融合企业文化的思考与实践

Reflection and Practice on the Construction of Campus Training Base in Higher Vocational Colleges with Integration of Enterprise Culture

高职院校在建设校内实训基地的过程中,往往偏重于培养学生的技能,而忽略了对高职学生作为职业人的全面发展的培养,如今依然存在着重视硬件设施建设而忽视文化建设等问题,因而影响了学生综合素质的提升。广州铁路职业技术学院通过建设供电实训基地,坚持"内化于心、外化于行、固化于制、显化于物"的原则,较好地将企业文化与实训基地融为一体,实现文化育人,促进了学生综合素质的培养。

During the construction of campus practical training base in higher vocational colleges,emphasis has always been put on the training of students' skills,with negligence of cultivation for overall development of students as professionals. Now there still exist problems of placing much higher value on hardware construction than on culture construction,thus affecting the improvement of students' comprehensive quality. By construction of the electricity supplying practical base, Guangzhou Institute of Railway Technology insists on principles of'internalizing in the mind,externalizing in the action,curing in the system and manifesting in the physical',with integration of enterprise culture and practical training base, to realize culture education and make further enhancement of the overall quality of students.
