高职院校面向专用铁路的员工培训项目开发研究

Development Research of Staff Training Project in Special Railway Enterprises in Higher Vocational Colleges

专用铁路是国家铁路运输网的重要组成部分,同时也是整个交通运输网的一个组成部分。通过对部分专用铁路进行调研,了解到专用铁路目前存在大量的员工培训需求。结合专用铁路和高职院校的特点,对高职院校如何开拓专用铁路员工培训市场、提高员工培训质量提出了有益的建议,以期对高职院校进一步加强校企合作、提高办学效益及水平提供参考。

Special railway is an important component of the national railway network as well as an integral part of the transportation network. Through the survey on some special railway enterprises,it has been concluded that staff training is currently in great demand by special railway. Combined with the characteristics of special railway and higher vocational colleges,this article offers beneficial suggestions on how to develop the staff training market of special railway and improve the quality of staff training,thus providing references for further strengthening the cooperation between school and enterprise and improving the benefit and operating efficiency of higher vocational colleges.
