数字家庭产业现状及其应用型人才培养途径探究

The Status of Digital Home Industry and The Exploration of Training Ways in Applied Talents

针对数字家庭产业国家政策支持度大、技术发展迅猛且人才需求旺盛的特点,而人才培养不能满足产业用人要求的现状分析,提出了适用于数字家庭产业应用型人才培养的对策和途径,为高职院校培养数字家庭应用型人才提供参考,以缓解目前产业人才培养所面临的困境。

According to the characteristics of large national policy support,rapid development of technology,and strong demand for talents in digital home industry,but the graduates from colleges don't meet the needs of industry,some strategies and approaches are presented for training applied talents in digital home industry,which provide a reference for higher vocational colleges and reduce the current difficulties faced by digital home industry personnel training.
