摘要
国家一直以来都高度重视高职院校"双师型"教师队伍的建设。文章分析了新时期高职院校"双师型"师资队伍建设所碰到的困境,结合国外职业教育的宝贵经验,提出了我国职业教育"双师型"教师队伍的建设思路。
Great importance has always been attached to the construction of 'Dual Qualification'teaching staff in higher vocational colleges. The paper analyzes the dilemma of the construction of 'Dual Qualification'teaching staff in higher vocational colleges and puts forward the insights into constructing 'Dual Qualification'teaching staff of Chinese vocational education,combined with valuable experience from foreign occupational education.
