民办高校党员教师培养教育模式的创新与探索——以广州城建职业学院为例

Innovation and Exploration of Educational Mode for Training Teachers of Party Members in Private Colleges——Taking Guangzhou City Construction College as an Example

创新民办高校党员教师培养教育模式,发挥其在人才培养、专业建设和社会服务中的先锋模范带头作用,对于民办教育具有重大的理论意义与实际价值。广州城建职业学院经过实践探索,基本形成了党性培养与业务培养有机结合、形式与内容形成合力、先进性体验与学习思考紧密联系的民办高校党员教师培养教育模式,广大党员教师与入党积极分子政治觉悟进一步提升、业务能力明显增强、无私奉献的积极性日益高涨。

It is of great theoretical and practical significance for the private education to innovate on the educational model for training teachers of Party members in private colleges to play its pioneering and model role in personnel training,professional development and social services. An educational model for training teachers of Party members has been established at Guangzhou City Urban Construction College after practice and exploration,with the Party culture combined with business culture,a vivid form with rich content to create synergy,and reflection on learning closely linked to advanced experience. As a consequence,political consciousness for the majority of teachers of Party members and activists has been further enhanced with significant improvement of their service capacities and enthusiasm for dedication to work.
