基于企业主导的校企协同创新模式研究

社会的快速发展加速着社会分工的细化,并对各个专业人才的培养提出了更高要求。高职院校的人才培养与企业的岗位人才需求有着密切的联系。本文对高职院校主导的校企协同创新模式进行了系统研究,分析了协同创新模式的优势特点,总结了该模式运行中存在的问题,并重点对如何基于企业主导的校企协同创新模式从策略上提出了构想。

The rapid development of the society accelerates the refinement of social division of labor , and requires higher demands on talents training of each major .There is a close connection between talents training in higher vocational colleges and talents demand of enterprise post .The paper conducts a systematic research on the collaborative innovation mode between a college and an enterprise based on the dominant higher vocational college , analyzes the advantages of the collaborative innovation mode , summarizes the problems of the mode in service , and proposes conception of the collaborative innovation mode between a college and an enterprise importantly based on the dominant enterprise .
