摘要
社会经济的多元化发展产生了大量的高素质技能型人才缺口,为使高校培养的人才有效满足社会生产、建设、管理、服务一线的需求,须采取校企合作的方式,形成校企双主体的教育合力。当前,高职院校与企业的联合培养人才模式正遭遇发展困境,须在办学体制机制、人才培养过程、企业顶岗实习等方面做出努力,以促进校企双主体教育的良好发展。本文以广铁集团与部分铁路高职院校合作培养大学生为例,对校企双主体培养人才的现实意义、存在的主要问题和下一步对策进行了分析和研究。
The diversity development of social economy leads to a large gap of high -quality skilled talents.Colleges and universities should adopt the way of college -enterprise cooperation to form education resultant of college-enterprise double entity in order to meet the demands of social production , construction , management and services.At present , the joint training mode in higher vocational colleges and enterprises are encountering the development dilemma , school-running system and mechanism , talents cultivation process and the internship in the enterprise should be strengthened to promote the better development of college -enterprise double entity.The paper analyzes and discusses the practical significance , the main problems and countermeasures of talents training with college-enterprise double entity exemplified by Guangzhou railway group and part of the railway vocational colleges.
