摘要 现代学徒制人才培养是现代职业教育体系发展和产业结构调整、企业转型升级的最佳选择。以广州铁路职业技术学院为例,结合学院以工作岗位培养为主的"在岗复合培养"和"分段训教结合培养"方式开展现代学徒制的实践探索,提出校企合作、产教融合才能有利于现代学徒制人才培养的实施,并对现代学徒制校企双主体育人的基本要求、人才培养方案制定的依据和双导师教学团队的实施等提出一些思考。 Talents cultivation with modern apprenticeship is the optimal selection for the system of modern vocational education to develop, the industrial structure adjustment and transformation and upgrading of enterprise. The paper explores the practice of modern apprenticeship exemplified by Guangzhou Institute of Railway Technology, which carries out the cultivation pattern of "on -the -job compound cultivation" and "segmented training" focused on the on-the-job cultivation. It proposes that integrated production with education and college-enterprise cooperation are beneficial to the implementation of talents cultivation with modern apprenticeship, discusses the basic requirements of talents cultivation with modern apprenticeship between the double entity of colleges and enterprises, the basis of formulating talents training program and the implementation of teaching team with double tutor.
