“后示范”时期高职院校建设与发展的战略思考

摘要 在"示范性"建设时期,高职院校尤其是示范校和骨干校都取得了显著的成效,但也存在教育教学观念不够先进、突破改革瓶颈的意识不强、突出特色强校的力度不够等问题。文章思考了在"后示范"时期,高职院校顺应现代职教体系建设,深化教育教学改革,不断提升内涵,实施提高质量、多措并举、错位与特色发展等战略。 In the period of demonstration construction, higher vocational colleges, especially the demonstration and mainstay colleges, have achieved remarkable achievements. However, there are some problems such as less advanced concept in education and teaching, weak consciousness of breaking through the reform bottleneck, short of strong vigor in highlighting the characteristics of the colleges. The paper believes that higher vocational colleges should conform to the construction of modern vocational education system, deepen the reform of education and teaching, enhance the connotation continuously, and carry out the strategies of improving quality, taking many steps at the same time, implementing dislocation and characteristics development in the post - demonstration period.
