高职院校大学生创业园管理的问题与对策

On the Problems and Strategies for Students to Manage the Innovation Park in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校大学生创业园是大学生在校园内开展创业实践的平台,对培养大学生创业意识、提升创业实践能力具有至关重要的作用,但创业园管理工作上存在着制度不完善、师资力量不足等问题。从高职院校大学生创业项目的特点出发,结合创业园的普遍现状,分析创业园日常管理工作中存在的问题,并探索有效的解决措施,从而促进高职院校大学生创业园更好地实现其大学生创业孵化器功能。

The innovation Park in higher vocational colleges, a platform for students to carry out business practices on campus, plays a crucial part in cultivating students' sense of entrepreneurship and enhancing their ability on business practice. However, there are some problems in management of the Park such as insufficiency of institution, lacking of teachers etc. The paper analyzes the daily management problems in the Park and explores the effective solutions from the characteristics of the innovation programs in higher vocational colleges combined with the universal status of the Park. It contributes to better implementation of entrepreneurial incubator function of the innovation park in higher vocational colleges.
