An Exploration on Governance of Higher Vocational Colleges under the New Normal Higher Education

随着高职教育的发展,治理改革是当前高职教育改革与研究的热门话题。在高等职业教育新常态下,研究高职院校治理问题对于推动我国高职教育改革与现代高职教育制度建设具有积极的意义。从高等教育新常态表征出发,分析高等教育新常态对高职院校治理的影响,并结合广东工程职业技术学院治理创新的探索进行了论述,以期为高职院校治理理论与实践提供更多启迪与思考。

With the development of higher vocational education , the governance reform is a hot topic for current higher vocational education reform and research .Under the new normal higher vocational education , it is of positive significance to study the governance of higher vocational colleges for promoting the domestic higher vocational education reform and constructing the modern higher vocational education system .The paper, based on the characterizations of new normal higher vocational education , analyzes the impact of new normal higher vocational education on governance of higher vocational colleges , while illustrating the exploration of innovational governance of Guangdong Engineering Polytechnic , more theoretical and practical enlightenments and thoughts about how to improve the governance of higher vocational colleges are put forward .
