职业发展与就业指导课程已成为高等师范院校提升大学生就业竞争力的重要途径之一。以首批全国高校职业发展与就业指导示范课程中入围的9所高等师范院校课程为研究对象,分析师范院校职业发展与就业指导课程的实践状况,提出了"显特色、筑体系、强师资、重服务、建学科"的优化课程建设对策,旨在推动课程朝着规范化、特色化和学科化的方向发展。

Course construction of career development and career guidance has become one of the important ways to improve the teachers college students'employment competitiveness .The paper takes the National demonstration course of career development and career guidance in 9 teachers colleges as the research object , and analyzes the practical situation of the teachers college course construction in career development and guidance .It puts forward the countermeasures , such as highlighting the characteristics , constructing the system , strengthening the teachers , paying attention to the service , establishing the discipline .These countermeasures are aimed at promoting the development of courses in the direction of standardization , specialization and subject .
