On the Research of Long-term Cooperation Mechanism and Path of “Happy Village Construction” and Higher Vocational Colleges——Exemplified by Jinwan District of Zhuhai City

摘要 "幸福村居"建设是广东省落实国家新农村政策的一项举措。以珠海市金湾区为例,描述了金湾区建设"幸福村居"的概况,并通过实地调研,分析了金湾区"幸福村居"建设现状,提出了"政府主导、社会参与、村校深度融合"的三元合作机制,并从村校两方面分别探讨了长效合作的具体实施路径。 "Happy Village Construction" is a measure of Guangzhou Province to implement the new national rural policy .The paper first outlines the village construction exemplified by Jinwan District of Zhuhai City , and analyzes the current condition of the construction through on-the-spot investigation and research .It puts forward the tripartite cooperation mechanism of government leading , social participating , full-scale cooperating between villages and higher vocational colleges .It also discusses the specific path of long-term cooperation .
