职业院校酒店管理专业推行现代学徒制的理论与实践

Theory and Practice of Implementing Modern Apprenticeship in Hotel Management Major of Vocational Colleges

本文以酒店管理专业实施现代学徒制为例,提出现代学徒制是校企紧密合作的有效模式,学校教学应遵循教育的规律,专业课建设是校企合作的重点,专业课教学内容与酒店经营管理工作任务所需的知识体系应该匹配。现代学徒制实施成功与否取决于参与各方是否都可以受益,包括学生、教师、学校、酒店、酒店员工等。校企要关注现代学徒制在酒店实施过程中安排的周密性,注重酒店现代师傅选拔与培养,充分发挥行业协会的作用。

The paper proposes the modern apprenticeship is an effective mode of close cooperation between colleges and enterprises exemplified by modern apprenticeship of hotel management major. Teaching should follow the principle of education,major course construction is the key of the cooperation,and the teaching contents of major courses should be consistent with the knowledge system required by the hotel management tasks. Whether the implementation of modern apprenticeship is successful or not depends on whether the participants which include students,teachers,school,hotel and the staff of the hotel can benefit from it. Colleges and enterprises should pay attention to the careful arrangement of modern apprenticeship in the process of implementation,pay more attention to the selection and cultivation of modern hotel master and give full play to the role of industry associations.
