摘要
职教教师企业实践制度发轫于20世纪90年代末,历经20多年的发展,合作企业经历了由被动参与到发挥重要办学主体作用的转变。目前,校企合作创新机制的缺乏制约了该制度进一步的发展。通过新制度经济学中的产权理论对该问题进行剖析,发现校企合作培养产权问题的症结,并提出完善校企合作产权制度、建立学校产权的多元性结构、加强企业参与的激励机制、消除企业"外部性"等措施,确保职教教师企业实践制度实施的有效性。
The initial stage of teaching practice system of vocational school teachers in enterprise was in the late 1990 s,after more than 20 years of development,cooperative enterprises have experienced a transition from passive participation to playing a significant role in running a school.At present,the lack of the innovation mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation has restricted development of the system.Through introducing the new institutional economics,especially the property right theory,this paper analyzes the problem and clarifies the crux of the problem of cultivating the property right of school-enterprise cooperation.It also proposes to establish the pluralistic structure of school property right,and strengthen the incentive mechanism of enterprise participation,Measures such as'externality'to ensure the effectiveness of the implementation of the practice system of vocational teachers in enterprises.At the same time,it also brings a new angle of analysis for the reform of the system mechanism of innovation vocational education.
