基于流程再造理论构建高职人才培养方案——以广州涉外经济职业技术学院艺术设计专业为例

Construction of Higher Vocational Talents Training Program Based on Process Reengineering Theory——Taking Art Design Major in Guangzhou International Economics College as an Example

优化专业人才培养方案是高职院校服务供给侧结构改革,开展内涵建设的基础与关键环节,应用流程再造理论与方法,以职业教育新理念为引领,吸收高等职业教育改革发展的新成果新经验,建设有中国高等职业教育特色、满足区域产业对新型技术技能人才要求、实现高职学生可持续职业生涯发展的人才培养方案并有效实施,是新常态经济社会发展的迫切需要。以广东面向新型服务产业的艺术设计专业为例,具有示范意义。

The strategy of national supply-side structure reform requires higher vocational colleges to carry out supply-side structure reform and the optimization of supply factors.Optimizing the training scheme of professional talents is an important task for higher vocational colleges for the reform of the supply-side structure of educational services and the construction of its connotation.Process reengineering theory and method are applied,with the new vocational education concept as the guide,to absorb the higher occupation from new achievements and experiences in the reform and development of education.It is necessary in the development of new normal society to build a higher vocational education with Chinese characteristics;to meet the requirements of regional industry for new-type technical talents;to realize the sustainable employment of higher vocational students career development of talent training program;and to make effective implementation.the need of new normal economic and social development.Taking the art design major for the new service industry in Guangdong as an example,it is of great exemplary significance.
