摘要
阐述了英国终身教育发展概况与特征,解读了英国国家资格框架的演进及其价值取向,以广东农工商职业技术学院为例,介绍了BTEC HND (英国高等教育文凭)项目在中国的实施情况,指出更加全纳的、平等的、灵活的国家资格框架为终身教育的实施提供了有效保障,为我国建立普职统一框架并逐步推进终身教育、提升劳动力质量提供参考和借鉴。
Based on the analysis of the specific content and implementing pathways of British lifelong learning,the author interprets the evolution of the British national qualification framework and its values.Taking AIB college as an example,the paper introduces the implementation of the BTEC HND(British Higher Education Diploma).The author points out that a more inclusive,equal and flexible national qualification framework has provided an effective guarantee for the implementation of lifelong education,which is also a reference for the establishment of a unified framework for general employment in China and the gradual promotion of lifelong education as well as the improvement of labor quality.
