法国学徒培训中心与高等院校联合培养模式分析——以巴黎第一大学旅游高等研究院旅游和酒店管理专业为例 被引量:1

摘要 随着我国经济高速发展,产业结构调整、发展模式转型升级,对高素质技能型人才的需求日益增加。为了解决人才供需"两张皮"的矛盾,把产教融合落到实处,以巴黎第一大学旅游高等研究院(IREST)为例,对法国学徒培训中心与高等院校联合培养模式进行分析后得出法国在产教融合人才培养方面的成功经验,为我国在产教融合的制度层面设计、平台化思维模式运用和着重发挥行业组织和社会机构在构建协同体系中的作用等方面提供一种借鉴思路。 With the rapid development of Chinese economic,industrial restructuring,development model transformation and upgrading,the demand of high-quality skilled laborers has greatly increased.In case of solving the contradiction between supply and demand,industry-education can be put integration into reality.This paper takes the case of the IREST,which is the most prestigious university in tourism and hotel management in France,analyzing of the Apprenticeship Training Center-College Joint Cultivation Mode.Thus,it is concluded that France has a successful experience in the industry-education integration.It is hoped to provide a reference at the following aspects:designing for the system level of industry-education in China;the application of platform thinking mode;and fulfilling the role of industry organizations and social institutions in constructing a synergy system.
