困境与出路:高职院校刑事执行专业办学问题分析——以海南政法职业学院为例

Dilemma and Solutions: Analysis on the Problems of Running a Higher Vocational Criminal Enforcement Major——Taking Hainan Vocational College of Political Science and Law as an Example

和上年相比,2017级海南政法职业学院刑事执行专业就读学生数呈断崖式下降。通过分析麦克思调查2016届毕业生毕业半年后的数据发现,刑事执行专业呈现以下问题:业内就业率低,职业期待吻合度、工作与专业相关度低,就业现状满意度不高及教学工作满意度低、校友推荐度一般等。而目前该院刑事执行专业囿于体制、公务员报考门槛及办学层次等限制,毕业生到监狱就业的较少,专业面临生存危机,对此建议专业归口管理,争取司法主管部门支持、完善人才培养体系、申办监狱学本科专业及合作办学等解决路径。

Compared with the previous year,the number of students enrolled in Criminal Execution major at the Hainan Vocational College of Political Science and Law in 2017 has dramatically declined.Through analyzing the data of the graduate of 2016 after six months of graduation by Maxi Survey,the following problems of the criminal execution major have been found:the employment rate in the field is low;the career expectation can hardly be met;the job is barely related to the major,the employment status shows little satisfaction,and graduates are so dissatisfied with the teaching that the alumni recommendation is on the average level.At present,the Criminal Execution majors of the college are limited by the system,the threshold for civil servants,and the level of running schools.Graduates who are employed in prisons are less and less,and the major is facing a survival crisis.Thus,this paper proposes several solutions,such as professional management should be centralized;the judicial authorities should support;personnel training system should be improved,undergraduate programs in Prison Study major should be applied and cooperate with relative workplaces in running schools.
