创新创业教育与思想政治教育的融合策略研究

为了提升创新创业的教学质量,保障创新创业教育的政治方向,应该将创新创业教育与思想政治教育相统一。只有将两者深度融合、相互借鉴,取长补短,充分发挥"合力"作用,才能达到两者的预期目标,实现教育的长足发展。创新创业教育可分为三个阶段:基本素质教育阶段主要提高大学生的创新意识,养成创新习惯;技术技能教育阶段主要引导他们立志报国,树立实现梦想的决心与信心;创新实践教育阶段主要培养学生做"德才兼备"的人,锻造工匠精神等。在创新创业教育与思想政治教育有机融合的具体路径中,应做到理念融合、内容融合、师资融合与方法融合。广州铁路职业技术学院的创新创业教育与思想政治教育的融合,提升了创新创业教育质量。

In order to improve the teaching quality of innovation and entrepreneurship and to ensure the political direction of innovation and entrepreneurship education,innovation and entrepreneurship education should be integrated with ideological and political education.Only by deep integration and mutual learning,as well as giving full play to the role of'joint force'can we achieve the expected goals of both and realize the substantial development of education.This paper divides innovation and entrepreneurship education into three stages.The basic quality education stage mainly improves the innovative consciousness of college students and cultivates their innovative habits.The technical skill education stage mainly guides them to serve the country and build up their determination and confidence to realize their dreams.The innovative practice education stage mainly cultivates their morality and competence,also forges them craftsman spirit,etc.In the specific path of organic integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education,we should achieve the integration of ideas,content,teachers and methods.The integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education in Guangzhou Railway Polytechnic has improved the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
