新时代背景下中等职业教育教学改革路径探析

An Analysis of Teaching Reform Path in Secondary Vocational Education under the Background of New Era

新时代的社会主义现代化建设无论是对中等职业教育的发展还是其所培养的人才都提出了新的要求,然而,当前我国中等职业教育在教学上存在着专业课脱离实践、实训课资源受限、文化课内容缺乏吸引力、德育课效果不明显等问题。因此,需要从深化校企合作、加强师资队伍建设、优化教学内容、更新德育理念等方面进一步推动中职学校的教育教学改革,从而提升课堂教学质量,为新时代建设培养合格的高素质劳动者和技术技能型人才。

The socialist construction in the new era has put forward new requirements for the development of secondary vocational education and the cultivation of talents.However,there are some problems in the teaching of secondary vocational education,such as the lack of practice of professional courses,the limited resources of practical courses,the contents of cultural courses being neglected,and the ineffectiveness of moral education.Therefore,it is necessary to further promote the education and teaching reform of secondary vocational schools from the aspects of deepening school-enterprise cooperation,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,optimizing teaching content,and updating the concept of moral education,so as to improve the quality of classroom teaching and train qualified high-quality laborers and skilled personnel for the new era.
