摘要
采用许军等编制的自测健康评定量表、锻炼自觉效果评价表、注意力集中测试仪 ,对练习 2个半月左右五禽戏新功法的锻炼者进行前后测试比较。结果显示 ,新创编的五禽戏较为简便易学 ,对于稳定情绪 ,调节身心状态 ,改善生活质量等具有一定效果。
Using the self rating health measuring scale (SRHMS) drawn up by Xu Jun et al., perceived exercise effect rating scale (PEERS) and attention concentration testing apparatus (ACTA), the authors make a comparison of the differences between pre exercise and post exercise situations of the people who have exercised a new Wuqinxi style for about two months and a half. The results show that this new style is easy to learn and also has a certain effect on stabilizing mood, adjusting the status both in body and mind, as well as improving the quality of life.
