海口市齿龈内阿米巴及口腔毛滴虫感染427人的调查分析

THE SURVEY AND ANALYSIS OF 427PERSONS WITH INFESTATION OF ENTAMOEBA GINGIVALIS AND TRICHOMONAS BUCCALIS IN HAIKOU CITY

目的:探讨齿龈内阿米巴及口腔毛滴虫的感染情况与口腔疾患的关系。方法:采用齿垢物作新鲜涂片标本。结果:在427人中齿龈内阿米巴及口腔毛滴虫的感染率分别为31.15%和3.04%,牙周炎患者的齿龈内阿米巴感染率高达71.43%,而正常人的感染率仅为25.00%,两组有非常显著性差异。结论:2种原虫感染与口腔疾病关系密切。

Objective:To study the relationship between the infections of Entamoeba gingivalis and Trichomonas buccalis and oral disease.Method:The teeth foul was used as the sample for fresh smear.Results:The infection rates of Entamoeba gingvalis and Trichomonas buccalis were31.15%and3.04%respectively in427persons.The infectivity of Entamoeba gingivalis was25.00%in the normal persons,but in the patient with periodontitis could reach71.43%.The two groups showed the remarkable differences.Conclusion:The infections of two kinds of protozoans were close relative with the oral disease.
