摘要
为探讨《医疗事故处理条例》给军队医院管理带来的影响 ,加强医院医疗安全管理 ,阐述了防范医疗事故和纠纷需要把握的四个方面内容 :增强防范意识 ,认清潜在风险 ,自律胜过他律 ;规范服务行为 ,学法、懂法、守法 ,诸事依法实施 ;严格技术管理 ,提高人员素质 ,凭证上岗执业 ;加强监督检查 ,完善管理机制 ,加大奖惩力度。为提高新形势下军队医院管理水平提供参考。
To discuss the influence of 'Regulations of Medical Malpractice' on control of military hospital and strengthen the safety control of medical treatment, the author illustrated 4 aspects in preventing medical malpractice and disputes, such as strengthening consciousness of prevention, standardizing services, be strict with technology control, enforcing checking and supervision, providing preference for improving control in military hospital under new circumstance.
