摘要
《医疗事故处理条例》较原《军队医疗事故处理办法》发生了许多变化。尤其在医学伦理学、医事法学等人文科学方面增加了新的内容 ,因此 ,《条例》是医务人员的必修课。提出学习《条例》应强调学懂、弄通、学以致用 ;预防为主是基本原则 ,注重夯实基础、防患于未然 ;维权意识应大力增强 ,要求转变服务理念 ,引入人性化服务 ;风险管理要引起重视 ,尽早完善管理机制。
The 'Regulations of Medical Malpractice' is different from former 'regulations'. There were new contents added concerning medical ethical, medical laws and other things. This made an urgent task for medical staff to study the regulation. The author intensively studied the regulations and put forward the following viewpoints: further study was urgent, prevention was the basic principle. Furthermore, we should develop our consciousness of preserving rights, and change our ideology of service, introducing individualized service. Besides, management of risks should be stressed and the management system should be completed.
