摘要
通过对 3所附属医院 1999- 2 0 0 1年间发生的 2 30例医疗纠纷统计分析 ,显示当前医疗纠纷呈现了数量增多、涉及面广、原因复杂、处理难度大特点 ,提出要从强化安全意识、提高服务水平和质量、严格执行纠纷处理程序、正确处理有关当事人、注意自我保护、建立责任保险和风险防范机制等方面采取积极防范措施 。
The paper analyzed the 230 cases of medical disputes in 3 hospitals from 1999-2001, it was found that the medical disputes now were increasing in number, becoming more widely involving, led by more complex reasons and becoming more difficult to deal with. It was pointed out that we should enforce our consciousness of safety and upgrade service quality, we should also strictly practise the procedure and properly treat the involved individuals, protecting ourselves, system preventing risks should be established to reduce medical disputes.
