适应联勤新形势 努力提高医院综合保障能力

Adapting to Joint Services of New Circumstance and Promoting Comprehensive Support Capability of Hospitals

为探讨联勤新形势下医院建设的路子 ,努力提高医院综合卫勤保障能力 ,文章从以下几方面进行了阐述 :一是强化联勤意识 ,确保医院姓“军”为兵 ;二是适应战备 ,把提高军事训练和战时卫勤保障能力作为医院建设的重点 ;三是立足长远 ,把加强人才学科建设作为提高医院综合保障能力的关键 ;四是开拓创新 。

To discuss the way of building hospital in joint services and improving comprehensive capability of medical support, the author started from the following aspects and got satisfied results: Firstly, strengthening consciousness of joint services to serve the soldiers; Secondly, adapting war preparation and laying stress on military training and comprehensive support; Thirdly, be on the long term and take building of personnel and subject as keys to strengthening comprehensive support; Fourthly, be exploiting and innovating, promote the construction of hospital.
