摘要
针对我国社会转型期的特征 ,以新时期军事斗争卫勤准备为着眼点 ,分析目前军队医院存在的主要问题 ,提出在社会主义市场经济条件下 ,必须解放思想 ,改革军队医院工作中与市场经济体制不相适应的运行机制 ,从机制转换和制度创新上与市场经济衔接 ,加快军队医院运行机制的改革步伐 ,大力培养复合型医学人才 ,加强重点学科建设 ,提高医院的整体实力 。
In accordance with characteristics of social transfer phase, taking war preparedness of medical services in new circumstance as basis, the author analyzed the most problems in military hospital, put forward measures as emancipating minds, reforming running mechanism in military hospital unsuited to market system, linking up market economy with mode transfer and system innovation, speeding up reform of running mechanism in military hospital, training comprehensive medical personnel, enhancing construction of key subjects, strengthening integrated strength of hospital and realizing sustainable development.
