Winning Strategy of Connotation Construction in Military Central Hospital

文章提出军队中心医院内涵制胜战略的观点 ,并初步阐述其涵义。分析了军队医院实施内涵制胜战略的必要性 ,指出抓好人才队伍建设 ,培植优势学科群 ,加强医院管理和运行机制改革是实施内函制胜战略的三大要务 ,在实施战略中必须既重视培养引进尖子人才 ,又注重提高人才群体素质 ;既重视重点学科建设 ,又注重一般学科发展 ;既重视开展先进技术 ,又注重提高基本诊疗技术水平。

In this article, based on years of practice and experience, the author put forward viewpoints on connotation strategy and its meaning. The author analyzed the necessity of actualizing winning strategy of connotation construction, gave three key points in construction as building team of talents, developing advantage subjects, enhancing management and running mechanism reform in hospital. Problems should be paid more attention to in actualizing strategy, such as fostering introduced talents and improving mass quality, construction of key subjects and general subjects, developing advanced technology and basic tech level of diagnosis and treatment.
