某院进修医师结构现况分析

Structural Pattern of Further-Study Professionals in Our Hospital

目的 :探索军队医院接受进修生的结构情况 ,通过进修学习提高进修生的整体素质 ,是继续医学教育的一种良好途径。方法 :调查统计了医院 1996 - 1998年 (以下简称前三年 )和 1999- 2 0 0 1年 (以下简称近三年 )进修生的职称、学历、年龄、地域等方面的结构情况。结果 :进修生职称结构以中级职称为主体 ;学历结构以本科、研究生为主体 ;年龄结构以 30 - 39岁为主体。地域的结构以邻近的省市为主体。结论

Objective: To explore the structural pattern of the professionals pursuing further studies in the army hospitals, finding effective ways to improve the comprehensive quality for further study. Methods: A statistical investigation was made on the structural pattern of the professional titles, education background, age and working areas of those pursuing further studies in our hospital from 1996-1998 and 1999-2001. Results: Middle rank constituted the principle part of the professional title structure; college graduates and postgraduates formed the main body of the education structure; 30-39 constitute the mainstay of the age structure and East China is the main part of the area structure. Conclusion: Pursuing further studies is an effective way of continuous education.
