四肢多发性骨折及其合并内脏伤的手术治疗

The Operative Treatment of Limbs Multiple Fracture Accompanied with the Internal Organs Injury

目的 探讨四肢多发性骨折合并内脏伤时手术时间及手术方法。方法 通过系统回顾 6 8例四肢多发性骨折并内脏损伤病人 ,其中急诊手术 38例 ,早期手术 19例 ,择期手术 11例 ,并对治疗效果进行分析。结果 本组病人 6 7例治疗效果满意 ,治愈出院 ,1例死于失血性创伤性休克。结论 四肢多发性骨折合并内脏损伤 ,应在保全生命的前提下 ,应尽早手术治疗 ,便于护理 ,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To discuss the operative treatment time and operative methods of limbs multple fracture accompanied with the internal organs injury.Methods The clinical data of 68 cases of limbs multiple fracture accompanied with internal organs were reviewed.38 cases were treated by emergency operation, 19 cases by early stage operation and 11 cases by selecting stage operation.Results 67 cases were satisfactory;1 case died from hematogenic and wound shock.Conclusion Limbs multiple fractures accompanied with the internal organs injury has characteristics of critical and complex condition. With precondition of supporting life, an operation as soon as possible on this kind of cases is an effective treatment method, easy to nurse and to reduce complication.
