红花治疗糖尿病周围神经病变观察

The Effect of Diabetes Peripheral Neuropathy Treated by Safflower

目的 观察红花治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效及安全性。方法 将 6 2例糖尿病周围神经病变病人随机分两组 ,对照组给予糖尿病教育 ,饮食控制 ,胰岛素或口服降糖药物控制血糖 ;治疗组在此基础上加用红花注射液 2 0ml溶入生理盐水 2 5 0ml,静脉滴注 ,每日一次 ,共 6周。结果 治疗组总有效率 73% ,对照组32 % ,两组比较 ,P <0 .0 5 ,有显著性差异。

Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of safflower in treating DPN.Methods The control group was given diabetes instruction,food control and insulin or orally-taken hypoglycemic agent in order to control blood sugar.The treattment group was treated by safflower beside of the treatment of the control group.Results The effect rate of treatment is 73%,and the effect rate of control group was 32%(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of safflower is positive in treating DPN,and there is no obvious side effect.
