静脉血、末梢血生化指标结果比较研究

The Comprative Research of Biochemical Targets Between Venous Blood and Tip Blood

目的 比较静脉血与末梢血生化指标检测结果是否存在差异。方法 取同一患者的静脉血与手指血 ,分离出血清 ,在全自动生化分析仪 (Cobasminaplus)上平行测定。总胆红素 ,硷性磷酸酶 ,丙氨酸氨基转移酶 ,总蛋白 ,白蛋白 ,葡萄糖 ,总胆固醇 ,甘油三酯 ,尿素 ,尿酸 ,γ -谷氨酰基移换酶 ,乳酸脱氢酶指标。所获数据采用t检验及直线相关与回归分析。结果 11项指标 ,静脉血与末梢血差异无显著性 ,P >0 .0 5 ,对于乳酸脱氢酶 ,尿酸两者差异均有显著性 ,P <0 .0 1。结论 对于难取血者 。

objective To find the difference of venous blood and tip blood by the Biochemical targets. Methods The serum that is separate from a single man's venous blood and finger blood ,then tested parallelly by Cobas Micro Plus. The data of BIL ?ALP?ALT?TP?ALB?Glucose?Cholesterol (CHOL)?Trighyceyide (TRIG)?Urea Uric acid (URAC)? γ-ghitamyl transfer (GGT) and Lactate dehydrogenast (LDH) are analyzed t-test and the regression relating to straight line .Results There are no differences between the venous blood and tip blood in 11 targets (P>0.05). The differences of LDH and URAC are notable (P<0.01).Conclusion The patient whose venous blood is drawn difficultly ,and it can use tip blood instead?
