普米克、喘康速喷剂联合吸入治疗患儿哮喘的疗效观察

The Observation of the Effect on curing Asthma by Inhalation of Pulmicort and Bricasol

目的 探讨联合吸入普米克和喘康速剂治疗小儿中度哮喘急性发作期的疗效 ,所获数据经t检验。方法 选用普米克和喘康速治疗 5 4例中度哮喘患儿 ,比较治疗前后临床的症状及体征变化。结果 观察组患儿临床症状及疗效明显改善 ,治愈率为 92 .6 % ,与对照组比较P <0 .0 1。结论 普米克和喘康速吸入治疗患儿哮喘 ,可缩短病程 ,改善肺功能 ,疗效确切 。

Objective To study the effect on children's acute asthma treated by Pulmicort and Bricasol.Methods 54 Patients with moderate asthma were treated by inhalation of Pulmicort and Bricasol,and the clinical symptoms and their therapeutic effect were observed after treatment.The results were tested by statistics.Results After treatment,the clinical symptoms of all patients were greatly alleviated and the cue rate was 92.6%.Compared with the control group,the difference was significant. Coclusion It is effective treated by inhalation of Pulmicort and Bricasol,so it can be a main drug to treat children with moderate Asthma under attack.
