黑龙江农业工程职业学院农机应用与管理专业计划通过3年建设,以学院和农场相结合的人才培养机制,建成教学条件好、管理模式先进、质量一流的精品专业为目标,建立产学研结合、合格加特色的人才培养模式,构成一主两翼的教学体系、343教学的模式、5+1的教学进程、453的人才特色;以核心课程为改革着眼点,以模块现场教学为着力点,加强学生应用技术能力和职业素质培养,建设教学设备达到国内农机行业先进水平的实验实训基地,培养一支高素质、高学历、高水平、双师素质、结构合理的教师队伍。
