住宅产品创新的研究

Study on the Necessity of Innovating the Residence Products

房地产业作为我国经济新的增长点发展迅猛 ,但同时目前全国积压的商品房面积又十分庞大 ,作为房地产业的主导产品——住宅建筑 ,其创新研究显得尤为重要。该文从住宅产品创新概念出发 ,分析了当前我国住宅产品创新的意义及必要性。

Now real estate trade is developing fast as a new economical increasing point in China. But at present residence products kept long in stock is extremely mass. Innovating study of the residence products is very necessary as they are the important products in real estate trade. The thesis analyses the status guo of innovating design of residence products in China. Based on the general idea of the residence products innovating, it expounds the necessity of innovating study of residence products.
