摘要
研究了氮磷系阻燃剂对榉木薄板的最佳阻燃处理工艺,选用由双氰胺、甲醛、尿素、磷酸二氢铵以一定比例配成的阻燃液,研究了温度、时间、pH及阻燃液浓度对阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:一次浸渍液质量分数为20%,时间为48h,pH=12,在100℃烘干6h;二次浸渍液质量分数为10%,时间为22h。经测试所得阻燃榉木的阻燃性能可达阻燃二级。相同条件下不变,将榉木薄片放入阻燃液中后一起放入超声波仪中,一次浸渍和二次浸渍时间分别为1h和1.5h,可达同样效果,实验效率明显提高。
The treatment method of organic PN flameretardant agent to Zelkova schneideriana thin board was studied. The flameretardant solution was made up of formaldehyde urea, dicyandiamide, NH4H2PO4. The influence factors such as temperature,maceration time,pH and proportion of flameretardant solution were studied with orthogonal experiments.The experimental results show that the optimum technology was established that the first maceration was done in 20% solution at pH=12 for 48 h,then Zelkova schneideriana thin board was baked at 100℃ for 6 h,while the second maceration in 10% solution for 22 h. The flameretardant Zelkova schneideriana thin board was of the second grade.In former condition, it has the same result through ultrasonic processing, but the first and the second soaking time are only 1 h and 1.5 h respectively, the experiment efficiency will be greatly advanced.
