摘要
针对目前我国电力行业发展中存在的资金缺口大、融资结构单一的现状 ,适时推出电力产业投资基金具有一定意义。该文就电力产业投资基金的发起人资格、募集方式和规模、投资定位及基金的退出机制等进行了分析并提出了发展电力基金的对策。
Regarding the serious lack of capital and the singleness of the financing structure of China` s power industries atpresent,itis of significance to make power industry investmentfund.The article analyzes its sponsor` s qualification,the collecting method and scale,the investmentorientation and the quitmechanism of the power industry fund.
